How It Works
Design Your Outfit
As a team or club manager, work with us to create a custom design as usual. Just like a normal order, we will dedicate a designer to take your idea and create a design for your team.
Once you're happy with your design, you can start creating your own team store.
Set Up Your Store
The designs you select can be used to order from our full catalog of products.
Or, select specific products in your designs to make available to your team or club. That way, your teammates can have a simple and straightforward shopping experience.
With CS Direct Team Store, managers can even set up custom pricing for your team or organization. Your group can earn a profit on each individual order. Once your order has shipped, we'll issue you a check for your profit. Use your profit for your favourite charity, to fund your team's junior program or your season-end party!
Invite Your Team
Once you confirm your store, we will create a unique store URL address for your team or organization. Simply send out an email or place the link on your social pages and you can start taking orders!
Team Places Orders
Your teammates and members can access the store in their own time, and select the items, size, and quantities they want. When it comes to checking out, they pay directly via our online shopping cart for minimum hassle. Each team member will create a secure and private password.
When your store closes on the date you chose, all fully paid individual orders will be automatically collected and put into production.
Receive Your New Outfit
Your order will be individually wrapped and labeled, for each member, according to what they ordered.
You can even choose to have the products shipped to one location, or individually straight to each member (additional charge).
Team Store Details
Minimum Total Orders
CS Direct requires a total order of 10 pieces minimum, each piece must be a main garment. Afterwards, accessories can be added 1 at a time (*exception, socks are minimum req. 3 per order).
Turnaround for CS Direct orders is approx. 4 weeks from the time your store closes. It is the team manager's responsibility to make the team aware of the turnaround time.
Refund and Exchange
There are no refunds or exchanges on CS Direct orders as all garments are made to order and are not kept in stock.
CS Direct Fees
An administration fee is reflected in the store pricing which covers: the individual processing (pack, label, sort), additional packing material, shipping of individual orders and multiple credit card fees accrued during payment process.
